Life Quest USA Inc. was founded in Nov of 2005.
It's founder, Tammy Wright, had worked in this field for 5 years
previously both independently and as an agency employee providing ILST,
Case Management, and Supported Employment services to individuals
on the state of CT's ABI Waiver program. She hoped to bring to
this endeavor her previous experience, both good and bad, and translate
them into an operation that fosters quality services for individuals in
a community setting and addresses their needs, expectations, and
goals. From a one-employee agency providing one service, Life
Quest USA, Inc. has grown to now employee 60 full and part time
employees and provides 14 separate services.

Presently Life Quest USA, Inc. provides individualized community support services to individuals with ABI's (Acquired Brain Injuries). We are funded through the State of CT's ABI waiver program. We are also in contract with BRS (Bureau of Rehabilitative Services) to provide Job Training, Work Employment Evaluations, Working Interviews, Job Coaching, Job Placement and OJT. In 2013 we became a contractual provider with DDS.l.
